Hearthstone Bakery was born from a simple obsession — the search for bread that actually tastes like bread. Real crust. Real crumb. Real flavor that comes from time and care, not shortcuts.

Everything is baked in small batches from our home bakery, using only a handful of ingredients you can actually pronounce. We've been feeding our neighbors since 2019 and couldn't be more grateful.

The Process

Real Bread Takes Real Time

We don't add anything to make our bread rise faster or stay fresher longer. We just wait — and the wild yeast, the flour, and the time do everything.

Feed the starter. Build the levain. Mix the autolyse. Let it begin.

Stretch, fold, and shape by hand. Build structure and strength slowly.

Cold proof in the refrigerator for 12–18 hours. Flavor deepens.
